Submit a booking request below for your new build snagging survey. Once confirmed we require just a £49 deposit to secure your booking. We also offer an appointment rearrangement if necessary, free of charge.

A £49 deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the remainder payable 48 hours prior to your inspection.
For rearrangement if your handover date is delayed by the developer, please email us to amend your inspection date. This is best done as soon as possible for availability, but your date can be changed anytime prior to 48 hours before your inspection.
